Deanna L. Durbin attended the University of Akron, where she received her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, and her J.D. degree.
While attending the University of Akron School of Law, Deanna was the Articles Editor for the Akron Law Review. She also participated in the Legal Clinic and served as an intern with the U.S. Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit. Formerly, Deanna worked in Information Technology involving health care systems. Deanna co-authored the 2011-2013 Ohio Elder Law, part of Baldwin's Ohio Handbook Series, published by West. She has presented on various topics, including probate, estate planning and legal ethics. She is a member of the Akron Bar and the Ohio State Bar Associations.
