Medicaid Caregiver Home Exception - if a child residing with a parent provides care for 2+ years that alleviates the need for institutional care,  the parent's home may be able to be transferred to the child without penalty under Medicaid's  "caretaker child" exception.  Consult with a knowledgeable attorney to learn more.
